The economical TA620 functions as an easy-to-use collection point for employee information. It can be linked to a variety of existing computer networks within your organization to compliment the management information system you may currently have in place. It can also be used in conjunction with Time America's time and attendance solutions.
Communication between the TA620 and your computer is accomplished by one of Time America's polling and programming utilites or integrated time and attendance software. The TA620 can be programmed to prompt employees for data imput, display empolyee messages, validate job costing entries, restrict employee punching via a schedule, regulate employee access to restricted areas, control a bell, allow a supervisor punch look-up / editing, and much more. The TA620 collects datat automatically and transfers this information to your computer via RS232 serial, RS485 LAN, or dial-up modem communciations.
The TA620 gaurantees accurate, reliable input. Employees simply enter information through the TA620's keypad, or by swiping a magnetic striped badge or a bar code.
